Grunthal is part of Hanover School Division, and has the Oaks Elementary for grades k-4 and Green Valley grades 5-12.

What services are included?

Is there garbage pick-up?

Can I choose my own builder?

Yes you can. You can build with whomever you like.

Are there building standards / requirements?

Do I have to pave my driveway?

No you do not, the streets are paved and it's encouraged because it makes for a much nicer development

Is there a minimum size of home?

The minimums are as follows: Bungalow - 1100 s.f. Bi-level - 950 s.f. Two Storey - 1300 s.f.

What if the home I want to build doesn’t fit the guideline?

The main purpose of the Architectural Guideline is to ensure a beautiful neighborhood and the guideline cannot cover evey architectural style so the Developer can approve a beautiful non-conforming plan, so please send us your plans or ideas.
