Bob has a Real Estate sales and development background which includes over 34 years of developing sales, leasing and brokerage experience. He is a licensed Broker with Prudential Riverbend Realty. He does commerical leasing, sales and developement.

Justin is in charge of schinkelproperties.com, the Heartland Inn in Winkler and Motel 6 in Headingley. He graduated from the Asper School of Business with a commerce honor degree. He has a background in Real Estate sales and development.

Judi is in public relations and is in charge of apartment leasing, tenant relations, any interaction with tenants and onsite employees and trades people. Judi negotiates all maintenance, snow and grass contracts. She’s a liscenced Real Estate agent and is also in charge of Real Estate sales.

Andrea is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and analysis for Schinkel Properties and related companies. She also performs a variety of financial and administrative functions for numerous property management clients.

Marina is in charge of all payroll, payables and receivables. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in this field. We’re happy to have her on the team.

Courtney is our full time office administrator, is in charge of advertising, administrating, conveying, correspondence and a lot of other things. She’s the friendly face that usually answers the phone first or the first face you’ll see if you’re visiting us.
